Issu d’une formation en génomique environnementale, je m’intéresse à la dynamique spatio-temporelle de l’ADN environnemental (eDNA) au sein des hydrosystèmes lotiques.

Hello, my name is Nicolas Vaganay, and I am currently a PhD student in molecular ecology within the E3S team at the LEHNA. With a background in environmental genomics, my research focuses on the spatio-temporal dynamics of environmental DNA (eDNA) in lotic freshwater systems.
