Mes projets de recherche s'inscrivent à l’interface entre écologie fonctionnelle et évolutive et génomique environnementale. Je m’intéresse au couplage entre l’évolution des génomes, des organismes et des communautés, et les caractéristiques de leur environnement (conditions environnementales, fonctionnement de l’écosystème). Je développe des approches de séquençage haut-débit (Illumina, Nanopore) et d'isotopie (C, N) sur différents modèles biologiques (isopodes, microbiote digestif, communautés microbiennes en milieu souterrain). Je suis également impliquée dans l'implémentation des techniques de biologie moléculaire sur les organismes non-modèles étudiés au LEHNA (en tant que responsable scientifique du plateau Ecologie Moléculaire). Je suis impliquée dans les enseignements de Licence et de Master en écologie moléculaire, évolution et génomique environnementale (Licence Sciences de la Biodiversité, Master Biodiversité, Ecologie, Evolution).
