Dans le cadre de mon stage de six mois, au sein du Laboratoire d’Écologie des Hydrosystèmes Naturels et Anthropisés (LEHNA), je participerai à l’étude de la dynamique des communautés microbiennes dans les rivières de la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Ce travail consistera notamment à analyser la diversité des microorganismes aquatiques et à identifier les facteurs environnementaux influençant leur distribution.

In the context of my six-month internship at the Laboratory of Ecology of Natural and Anthropized Hydrosystems (LEHNA), I will participate in the study of the dynamics of microbial communities in the rivers of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. This work will mainly involve analyzing the diversity of aquatic microorganisms and identifying the environmental factors influencing their distribution.
